Shipping (continental USA & Canada)

Online Orders
OutdoorPaper.com ships primarily with UPS, but depending on the product, weight and size, other carriers including FedEx, USPS and DHL may be used. Estimated shipping rates for online orders are available during the checkout process. 

Expedited shipping is available. Please CONTACT US for a quotation.

You can always choose to ship using your own carrier account number as well. Please email sales@outdoorpaper.com for more information.

LTL Freight Orders (continental USA & Canada)
Large, heavy or custom orders, are shipped in oversized boxes or on pallets that require LTL Freight as the shipment method. Shipment rates for these orders will be calculated at the time of the custom order quotation.

Alaska and Hawaii 
OutdoorPaper.com will ship to these locations. 
You can always choose to ship using your own carrier account number as well. Please CONTACT US if you would like to do so.

International Orders 
OutdoorPaper will ship orders to locations worldwide. Be advised that orders shipping outside of the United States must be arranged by the purchaser and may be assessed tax or duty charges. Taxes, duties, and/or brokerage fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. Contact your local customs office for more information.

Transit Times
Online orders are generally shipped within 1-3 business days from when the order was placed depending on product availability. Using nationwide distribution centers, most domestic orders are delivered within 3-5 business days. Custom and print orders will take additional production time, please allow about 7 - 10 business days from the time of order. CONTACT US with any custom orders or time-sensitive delivery needs.

Product Availability
Product availability is subject to change. You will be notified no later than the following business day of any back-orders, cancellations or expected delays. We will notify you if we are unable to fulfill your order in a timely manner.

Sales Taxes
We are required by law to collect sales tax in Illinois and various other states. However, if you are a reseller or an organization that is tax exempt please CONTACT US for the applicable forms required to omit the sales tax.

Returns, Exchanges or Substitutions
We have every confidence in our product and stand behind the quality. However, we understand that returning, exchanging and/or substituting merchandise may be necessary. For more information on, please review our RETURN POLICY.

OutdoorPaper.com is not liable for any misprints, errors or omissions, which include, but are not limited to, graphics, incorrect pricing or product specifications. OutdoorPaper.com reserves the right not to accept or to cancel orders with prices based upon typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.
